Press note, 29 October 2026. The order of 28 October gives effect to the Section 108 direction of 26 October, for so long as that direction remains operative. The Centre is pressing Haryana to list the public utilities.

Press note, 23 October 2026. The strike is called off. The Energy Department has signed a Section 108 direction: the Commission is not to operationalise a parallel licence anywhere in Haryana.

Press note, 23 October 2026. The state government has indicated it will issue a policy direction. EEFI has sent a draft, and asks the Chief Minister to announce that Eleven Power will not be allowed a parallel licence.
